Session Description
This session shares firsthand experiences of leading and winning multimillion-dollar landmark bids across Korea and Singapore—including projects that helped shape national media and cultural infrastructure. Along the way, I’ll unpack common pain points embedded in the RFP process across Asia: unclear requirements, tight timelines, and complex stakeholder dynamics. I’ll also share how we built competitive yet sustainable proposal strategies to overcome these challenges. These lessons ultimately led to the founding of CLIWANT, a company dedicated to helping teams navigate bidding challenges more effectively.
This is my story of growth, strategy, and relevance—told through the lens of someone bridging Asia and the U.S.

Speaker Information
Junho is the founder and CEO of CLIWANT. With 14 years of experience in public bidding, he witnessed inefficiencies in the process and launched CLIWANT in September 2023 to address them using AI. He began his career as a developer and business leader in IT solutions, notably contributing to the Singapore Changi Airport Media Landmark project. His expertise in bid analytics and AI-driven automation has shaped CLIWANT into a leading AI-based procurement solution. Under his leadership, CLIWANT has secured multiple investments, expanded from Korea to Singapore and the U.S., and is working to simplify RFP processes worldwide. His vision is to build a global platform where businesses can compete for tenders fairly and efficiently.
