We are thrilled to unveil our latest major update featuring Sequence Creation and Sequence Tracking.

Until now, finding the right partners required manual coordination and waiting. Starting today, you can instantly generate outreach campaigns tailored to your company and track the results in real-time.

🚀 What’s New?

Sequence Creation: Instant Outreach, Zero Wait Time

You no longer need to wait for the Proact team to review your selections. You decide when to start.

One-Click Execution: Simply evaluate opportunities in your Onboarding or Weekly Picks. Once you create a Sequence, Proact immediately executes the outreach based on your evaluations.
Initial Sequence (Market Discovery): Upon joining, we analyze the top 1,000 bids matching your profile to launch your first broad-spectrum outreach.
Weekly Sequence (Precision Targeting): Select the bids you like (Approved) from your Weekly Picks. We automatically target Prime Contractors with relevant past performance on those specific agencies to generate high-quality leads.

Sequence Tracking: Real-Time Performance Visibility

Previously, you only received notifications when a meeting was booked. Now, the "Sequences" tab gives you a transparent view of your entire sales funnel.

Campaign Management: View the status of all your active sequences at a glance.
The Outreach Funnel: Track every step of the partner journey:
- Sent: Emails delivered
- Opened: Engagement started
- Clicked: Interest confirmed
- Replied: Responses received
- Meetings: Deals in motion

3. Partner Intelligence: See Who Is Interested

Data is only useful if it's actionable. You can now click on any stage of the funnel (e.g., "Replied") to reveal the specific companies engaging with your content.

Use this data to identify your warmest leads and prioritize your follow-up strategies with partners who are already interested in you.

💡 How to Leverage This Update

Create: After your weekly bid evaluation, hit the [Create Sequence] button. We handle the heavy lifting.
Monitor: Check the Sequences tab regularly to analyze your Open, Click, and Reply rates.
Strategize: Identify companies in the "Clicked" or "Replied" stages and formulate a tailored teaming strategy to close the deal.

Currently, Proact automatically selects the optimal targets for you. In our next update, we will introduce a Target Filtering Feature, allowing you to review the target list and exclude specific companies before sending. Stay tuned!
